Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to understand a client’s mission, vision, values, and objectives to anticipate HR strategies and programs that drive goals and position the client as an industry leader by defining and operationalizing the HR strategy.

You will manage client relationships, deliver strategic HR services, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality results while upholding our culture of service, integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred; PHR/SPHR a plus.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR generalist experience; consulting/leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR strategies across service areas including coaching, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead or participate in internal HR projects and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure timely budgeting, billing, and service delivery for client engagements.
• Promote OneDigital brand and cross-sell services to clients.
