Job summary

OneDigital is hiring a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs while supporting employees across client organizations. The role involves advising on onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS in HR or related field, 7+ years of HR Generalist/Leader experience, and strong knowledge of employment laws. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field, and 7+ years HR Generalist/Leader experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Able to manage multiple clients and complex conversations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR policy, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits guidance to clients.
• Promote a high-performance, employee-centric culture and collaboration with Benefits, Payroll and HR Tech providers.
• Demonstrate project management and the ability to multitask across multiple client engagements.
• Travel to client sites if required and work remotely as needed.
