OneDigital seeks a seasoned HR Client Executive to manage client engagements, drive new business development, and oversee project delivery. You will build relationships with client executives, design solutions, and mentor teams to sustain momentum across engagement lifecycles.

The role also involves talent pipeline development, partnering with HR leadership, and advising on HR policies and programs. You will liaise with Benefits and Wealth teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred or HR Certification Institute strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of Human Resources management/executive experience.
• Consulting firm background/experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated background in talent management and leadership management with ability to attract and retain top talent and build high‑performing teams.
• Experience writing proposals and pricing opportunities is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills.
• Independent judgment and high level of confidentiality; ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
