OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, supporting employees across client organizations. The role requires expertise in onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR technology integration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 7+ years in HR, and strong communication, project management, and confidentiality. Travel may be required; remote work is possible for suitable clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience as HR Generalist/Leader.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Solid foundation of HR knowledge including employment laws and practices.
