OneDigital | Resourcing Edge is seeking an HR Business Partner to translate client mission and objectives into effective HR strategies and programs. You will lead client relationships, deliver HR services, and act as a thought leader within the HR field.

You will engage with senior management, manage projects, and collaborate with teams to exceed client expectations while driving utilization and revenue goals. Strong bilingual skills and HR credentials are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvements and management development.
• Experience in a consulting, leadership, supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to retain clients and deliver results.
• Coaching senior management with demonstrated program development expertise.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with client missions and goals.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Lead projects, allocate resources, and provide performance feedback.
• Promote Thought leadership and cross-sell services to broaden the client engagement.
• Ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and service scope management for clients.
