Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, onboarding programs, performance management and benefits coordination for client organizations nationwide.

You will provide expert counsel, lead projects, coach leaders, and manage relationships with clients while travel may be required or work remotely. A bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 7+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field and 7+ years HR experience.
• Consulting firm background preferred; PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
• Experience leading difficult conversations and employee growth counseling.
• Experience in benefits and compensation administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice on HR policies, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Promotes employee-oriented, high-performance culture and standards.
• Demonstrates project management skills across multiple client projects.
• Work may be at client site or remotely; some travel will be required.
