Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, supporting employees across client organizations. The role covers policy, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR technology coordination.

You will work at client sites or remotely, with travel as needed. A Bachelor’s in HR or Business and 7+ years HR experience are required; PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; a minimum of 7 years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• A blend of corporate and consulting experience; consulting background preferred in HR consulting.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Solid HR knowledge—employment laws and practices—and ability to partner with business leaders.
• Proven experience in difficult conversations (terminations, probation, salary reductions) and employee growth conversations.
• Experience in benefits and compensation programs administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice and implementation support on HR policies, onboarding, performance management, and benefits.
• Promotes employee-centric, high-performance culture focused on quality and goal attainment.
• Manages multiple clients with strong project management and ability to multi-task.
• Projects vary and require polished consulting skills for success.
• Work may be at client sites or remotely; travel may be required.
