Paychex is hiring for a consultative Sales role focused on HR solutions in Costa Mesa, CA. You’ll partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities, expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services, and guide conversations with owners and decision-makers to deliver integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes building trust, expanding impact, and growing within a large, established client portfolio while navigating complex HR challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
