Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships and drive value across payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance for existing clients. You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners, collaborate with internal teams, and balance growth with targeted prospecting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services
• Accountability Intermediate - Required

Responsabilités

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
