Paychex is hiring for a consultative HR Solutions Sales role that partners with existing clients to expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll lead conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor Paychex offerings to real needs.

This role emphasizes relationship-building across teams, expanding within an established base, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive new opportunities
