• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
