Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships and deliver integrated HR, payroll, and compliance solutions to existing clients. You will work consultatively with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and provide tailored Paychex offerings.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, selling across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance, and driving revenue growth within an established client portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Aufgaben

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
