Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced HR solutions sales professional in the Philadelphia area to expand revenue within an existing client base, selling ASO and payroll, benefits, and compliance services. You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional teamwork, and a confident, value-driven approach to upsell within a broad client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, Professional Services
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focusing on upselling within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
