Job summary

Paychex is expanding its team in the United States, focusing on HR solutions sales to existing clients. The role emphasizes consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll, expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.

You will partner with internal teams to deliver integrated outcomes and upsell within an established client base, while navigating the complexities of HR services and workforce management. This is a high-potential, revenue-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
