Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Sales Representative to sell Paychex payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory solutions to current clients and new prospects. You will self-generate leads, assess client needs, and present tailored Paychex solutions to close deals.

You will coordinate with HR partners, attend partner meetings, and maintain accurate sales documentation while striving to meet district quotas and grow the Paychex footprint in the market.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule daily meetings.
• Review client data to prepare for discovery meetings, uncover needs, and propose Paychex solutions.
• Create proposals, discuss solutions and pricing, and secure decisions.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate to close sales.
• Represent Paychex professionally with clients and the community.
• Attend weekly 1:1 with the manager to review performance and coaching.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and quotas.
• Coordinate with HR partners to review accounts and hand-off plans.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions and processes.
• Ensure timely submission of sales paperwork and reports.
• Sharpen sales skills to achieve targets and metrics.
