Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Relationship Building required.

Responsibilities

• Source and generate leads and schedule quality meetings daily.
• Review client data and prepare discovery meetings to uncover needs.
• Create proposals and secure client decisions.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate close.
• Present professionally to clients and community.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to improve strategies and close pipeline.
• Coordinate with HR Partners for hand-offs and HR assessments.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions and processes.
• Ensure timely submission of paperwork and reports.
• Sharpen sales skills to hit targets and metrics.
