Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• 3 years of experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive new opportunities.
