Paychex is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow existing client relationships and expand HR, payroll, and benefits solutions across an established client base in a consultative role. You will lead cross-functional deals and present value-driven solutions to business owners, driving revenue while maintaining trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of inside or outside business-to-business sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
