Job summary

Paychex is seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand relationships within an existing client base by offering HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. The role emphasizes consultative selling and partnering with internal teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.

You will lead conversations with business owners to identify needs, upsell services, and drive measurable revenue within a large client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, or Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
