Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth within our client base and new opportunities. You will self-generate leads, study client data for discovery, craft proposals, and guide pricing discussions to close deals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, or related fields.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule daily quality meetings.
• Review client data, prepare for discovery meetings, and propose Paychex solutions.
• Create proposals, discuss pricing, and secure client decisions.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate as needed to close sales.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions and processes.
• Maintain accurate sales paperwork and reports to deadlines.
• Sharpen sales skills to meet quotas and performance metrics.
