Job summary

Paychex is hiring for an HR Solutions Sales role in the United States. You will partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities, deliver integrated HR solutions, and navigate HR, compliance, and workforce challenges.

This consultative, cross-functional position focuses on upselling within an established client base and expanding relationships across services. A strong track record in complex sales and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
