Paychex is transforming how businesses manage their workforce with integrated payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services. This role focuses on expanding relationships within an existing client base and selling comprehensive HR solutions that go beyond payroll.

You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners, align solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes while growing revenue in a large client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
