You will build policies, lead HR projects from diagnosis through implementation, and advise CEOs and senior leaders with clear communication.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking in a remote-first, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field required.
• HR designation preferred (PHR/SPHR or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for client accounts, addressing HR needs and policies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to diagnose client challenges and identify HR solutions.
• Lead client meetings, develop HR roadmaps, and drive decision‑making.
• Support growth through client expansion, retention and KPI contributions.
