• Broad understanding of employment law across multiple states (CA & NY preferred).
• Experience handling employee relations and payroll processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver HR services.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned client accounts, addressing HR and organizational needs including policy development and payroll oversight.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to diagnose client challenges and identify HR solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead client meetings to gather insights, present recommendations, develop HR roadmaps, and drive decisions.
