Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic, client-facing HR guidance across employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR programs, and more.

You'll partner with a portfolio of clients, delivering hands-on support from strategy through execution while maintaining an executive presence in fast-paced environments. Remote-first role with periodic client visits and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing HR experience
• Strong knowledge of US employment law across states
• Experience in payroll operations and/or union environments is preferred
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities
• Thrives in fast-changing environments

Responsibilities

• Advise clients with executive presence and strategic HR guidance
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution across policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment and payroll
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions
• Build strong client relationships to drive Humani's growth
