Humani HR in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to guide client organizations on people strategy, policy, compliance, compensation, payroll, and HR programs across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states
• Strong payroll operations and/or union experience preferred
• Robust business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR objectives
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-Suite executives
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution, including policy development and HRIS implementation
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions
• Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive Humani’s continued success
