Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve a portfolio of clients. You’ll provide strategic guidance and hands-on solutions across policies, compliance, payroll, and HRIS, while building strong client relationships and leading HR projects end-to-end.

You’ll thrive in a flexible, evolving environment; the role expects proactive collaboration with executives and senior leaders, and occasional travel to client sites or company events.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field required.
• Professional HR designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple states (CA/NY preferred).
• Self-starting, accountable, and able to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for client accounts and advise on policies, compliance, and HR services.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Diagnose client challenges and develop HR roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead client meetings, present recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Manage expectations on timelines, scope and budget; support payroll and HRIS activities.
