Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across a multi-site organization in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with California and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders as an HRBP or senior generalist.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws including ADA, FMLA, and leave regulations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-entity organizations is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to address employee relations and organizational challenges.
• Lead workplace investigations with proper documentation and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance concerns, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure adherence to California and federal employment laws and leave processes.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Deliver HR training across multiple locations and collaborate with payroll, benefits, and TA teams.
