Humani HR is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Austin, TX to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, guiding HR strategy and practical solutions across jurisdictions. You will lead HR projects, build policies, and support payroll-related tasks while advising CEOs and senior leaders.

You will thrive in a flexible, evolving environment with a remote-first approach and periodic on-site client visits, including potential travel outside your state or internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong HR employment law knowledge across multiple states (CA and NY preferred).
• 7+ years progressive client-facing HR experience.
• Experience managing and processing payroll is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned client accounts and address HR needs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to develop HR roadmaps and drive decisions.
• Support company growth through client expansion, retention and KPIs.
