Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner based in Tampa, FL. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, driving strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and payroll oversight while navigating multi-state employment law.

The role blends remote work with periodic on-site client visits and company events. You will build strong relationships with executives and operate with a solutions-focused mindset to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment law across multiple states incl. CA and NY.
• Self-management: able to manage workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client accounts, handling HR asks including policy development and payroll oversight.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to diagnose client challenges and identify HR solutions.
• Lead client meetings to gather insights, present recommendations, and drive HR roadmaps.
• Respond promptly to client requests with active listening and clear communication.
• Manage client timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and propose aligned solutions.
• Support growth through client expansion, retention, and KPI contributions.
