Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence while partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives onsite at an Amazon facility.

The role emphasizes leveraging data-driven insights, coaching on people management, and implementing inclusive workforce practices to enhance employee experience and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and align with policy while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR initiatives.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to improve user experience and efficiency.
