Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and leadership team. You will lead talent management initiatives, enhance employee experience, and drive operational excellence through data- driven insights.

The role involves partnering with business leaders, guiding performance management, and supporting culture initiatives across the site. Onsite work at an Amazon facility is required, with focus on impactful HR outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and making high-judgment decisions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive HR solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs with leaders to drive improvements.
• Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to enhance user experience and service delivery in critical moments.
