Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders, focusing on talent management, engagement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring fair, compliant policy application
Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR initiatives
