Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The role partners with leaders to drive initiatives and utilizes data-driven insights.

You will lead projects, coach leaders, and drive inclusive practices while working onsite at an Amazon facility, contributing to a safe and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by applying policies with consistency and compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI for high-touch service delivery.
