Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal service excellence onsite at an Amazon facility.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with leaders, and guiding talent processes while potentially leading entry-level HR teams. This position blends strategic and hands-on work to improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and employee relations matters.
