ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the United States. You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, leveraging ADP’s HR solutions and benefits offerings.

You’ll participate in award-winning training, build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, and manage multiple deals through the sales cycle to implementation. Expect strong compensation, incentive trips and growth opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience—skills like teamwork, resilience and negotiation help build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and work with new and existing clients to sell HR solutions.
• Manage multiple sales processes across stages and document them through to implementation.
• Cross-sell with ADP associates to expand business within existing accounts.
