Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales within a defined territory, attend award-winning training, and work with new and existing clients to sell HR solutions that improve employees' lives.

You will build relationships with HR and decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and present ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes from initial contact through implementation, earning competitive compensation and rewards.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory to achieve and exceed goals.
• Turn prospects into clients by recommending ADP solutions that fit business needs.
• Cross-sell with internal partners to grow accounts and leverage referrals from existing clients.
• Document and manage multiple sales processes from lead to implementation.
