Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) who will close sales in a defined territory and help clients understand and solve real business needs with ADP HR solutions. You’ll attend award-winning training and work with a team to build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.

Daily responsibilities include managing multiple sales processes, gathering leads, and presenting solutions while cross-selling within the ADP family.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- We value the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities you have developed.
