Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role you will close sales, win new business within a defined territory, and participate in an award-winning training program, selling HR solutions to improve employees' lives.

You will engage HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple deals across stages, from prospecting to implementation. ADP offers strong compensation, benefits starting Day 1, and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is recognized and valued for its discipline and problem-solving skills.
• A college degree is great but not required; viable alternative experience is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win new business within a defined territory and meet sales goals.
• Present ADP HR outsourcing solutions to HR and executive decision-makers.
• Develop relationships, set appointments, and gather leads through internal partners.
• Manage multiple deals through the sales process and into implementation.
