Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to partner with the CHRO and regional HR leaders to drive HR programs, analysis, and data preparation for leadership. This role serves as a back-up for HROCs across the state and collaborates with COEs to deliver services and projects.

The position requires a strong mix of project management, data analysis, and advisory capabilities, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office) and exposure to governance, compliance, and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Colleague & Labor Relations.
• Experience in state and federal laws & government & regulatory reporting requirements related to HR.
• Experience in the development, interpretation, and application of human resources policies, practices and programs.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Consult with CHRO and leadership to implement HR strategy, workforce plans, operational services & other initiatives.
• Provide data analysis and prepare leadership-ready information and dashboards illustrating trends and practical options.
• Coordinate with HM business line leaders & COEs to support operations, projects, programs & service delivery outcomes.
• Act as liaison between HR leadership and executives, ensuring alignment of HR programs with business strategy and policies.
