Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison supporting HR leadership, projects, and service delivery outcomes. The role requires collaboration with the CHRO/Director HRBP and COEs to drive HR strategy and operational excellence.

The candidate will analyze information, influence stakeholders, and develop integrated HR solutions across multiple operational areas in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, and Labor Relations.
• Experience with state and federal HR laws and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in developing, interpreting, and applying HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Support CHRO/Director HRBP in implementing HR strategy, workforce plans and operational services.
• Ensure HR programs meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy; advise leaders on local needs.
• Develop integrated solutions to HR issues and strategic guidance for HR operations.
• Act as liaison between HR leadership and executives to ensure consistency with HR strategy and talent planning.
• Prepare and present communication materials, reports and guidelines for diverse audiences.
