Job summary

Trinity Health seeks an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM leaders and COEs. The role supports HR strategy, workforce planning and service delivery outcomes under CHRO/Director HRBP direction.

It requires critical thinking, problem solving and strong communication across organizational levels. The consultant helps ensure HR programs meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy, partnering with local leaders and COEs to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience (Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Colleague & Labor Relations).
Experience with state and federal HR laws & regulatory reporting.
Experience developing and applying HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative support to CHRO/Director HRBP for HR strategy implementation and workforce plans.
Collaborate with COEs and business leaders to align HR services with business needs.
Develop integrated solutions to address HR and operational issues.
Serve as liaison to HR Shared Services and COEs, ensuring requests align with strategy.
Prepare and present data, reports and guidelines for diverse audiences.
