Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant for a hybrid role (3 days in office) to support HR leadership in strategy execution and program implementations. You will manage HR operations, develop processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with COE resources, project management of medium-scale initiatives, and preparation of communications and reports for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience.
• Experience with state and federal laws & regulatory reporting related to HR.
• Experience in development, interpretation and application of HR policies and programs.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to HR Leadership in HR strategy and workforce plans.
• Lead HR operations projects and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
• Oversee HR programs and resources; escalate and resolve operational issues.
