Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to provide consultative support to the CHRO/Director HRBP in implementing HR strategy and workforce plans. You will partner with COEs to ensure HR programs align with our business goals and maintain data integrity across HR systems.

In this role you will develop reports, guide administrators, and support organizational changes while delivering practical HR solutions that enhance service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, or Labor Relations.
• Experience with state and federal HR laws and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience in developing, interpreting, and applying HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to HR leadership in implementing HR strategy and workforce plans.
• Ensure HR programs meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy; guide operational leaders.
• Develop integrated solutions to HR issues and support business outcomes.
• Serve as liaison for HR Shared Services and COEs, ensuring requests align with HR leadership strategy.
• Prepare data integrity audits, reports and metrics; interpret data for decision making.
