Job summary

Trinity Health in Boise, Idaho seeks an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM business line leaders and COEs. You will support operations, projects, programs, and service delivery outcomes with guidance from the CHRO/Director HRBP.

Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, ensuring programs align with business needs, and developing integrated solutions to complex HR issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience which may include Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Colleague & Labor Relations.
• Experience in state and federal laws & government & regulatory reporting requirements related to HR.
• Experience in the development, interpretation, and application of human resources policies, practices and programs.
• Healthcare experience supporting medical groups preferred.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• HR leadership/management experience preferred
• Experience with colleague engagement and recognition event facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to the CHRO/Director HRBP in the implementation of HM business HR strategy, workforce plans, operational services & other initiatives.
• Ensures HR programs & services meet delivery expectations & are aligned to business strategy; partners with leaders to identify local needs and leverages COE resources.
• Develops integrated solutions to resolve technical & business issues supporting HR business needs.
• Serves as liaison between HR & executives, management, professionals & colleagues.
• Performs data integrity audits; reviews, verifies, & maintains system data; prepares statistical and operational reports.
• Prepares and presents communication materials, templates, reports & guidelines for varied audiences.
• Gathers, validates & prepares data for transactions from acquisitions, transitions, and transfers.
• Coordinates support for organizational changes and engagement programs.
