Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an experienced HR Operations Consultant in Boise to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to CHRO/Director HRBP and COEs. You will support HR strategy, workforce planning, and service delivery outcomes.

This role emphasizes data integrity, policy implementation, and collaboration with HR Shared Services to optimize HR programs and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Colleague & Labor Relations.
• Experience in state and federal laws & government & regulatory reporting requirements related to HR.
• Experience in the development, interpretation, and application of human resources policies, practices and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to the CHRO/Director HRBP in the implementation of HR strategy, workforce plans, operational services & other initiatives.
• Ensures HR programs & services meet delivery expectations & are aligned to business strategy; partners with operational leaders to identify local needs and leverage COE resources.
• Responsible for specialized assignments requiring analytical and adaptive thinking; develops integrated solutions to HR issues & strategies.
• Serves as a liaison between HR & executives, management, professionals & colleagues; guides COE requests to align with HRBP strategy.
• Prepares and presents communication materials, templates, and guidelines; maintains local HR intranet and policy updates.
