Job summary

Trinity Health in Dubuque, IA seeks an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM business line leaders & COEs, supporting operations, projects and service delivery outcomes. Work under direction from the CHRO/Director HRBP, collaborating across levels and applying strategic thinking to improve HR services and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR experience, with strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively more responsible HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Labor Relations.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to CHRO/Director HRBP for HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services.
• Ensures HR programs and services meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy.
• Acts as liaison between HR and executives, management, professionals and colleagues.
