Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years HR leadership or equivalent leadership experience across a mix of operations, customer service, or distribution/logistics.
• Experience supporting hourly, frontline and salaried employee populations.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and create sustainable HR strategies that drive improvements in attrition, attendance, and engagement while setting clear vision for the HR team.
• Partner with business leaders on people-related decisions, coaching leaders and supporting equitable hiring and development.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to drive performance and HR efficiency across site(s).
• Harmonize site priorities with broader goals, focusing on diversity, inclusion, employee experience, and talent management.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, balance automation with human judgment, and manage risk and compliance.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI to streamline processes while maintaining a human-centered approach.
