Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into regional HR action plans.

• Develop and coach regional PXT teams and succession plans.
• Improve employee experience and reduce attrition with data-driven actions.
• Oversee risk, investigations, and compliance in the region.
• Lead change management and communication across the region.
• Build partnerships with centers of excellence and shared services.
