Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience or mix of equivalent experiences
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to be strategic partners.
• Establish early warning systems and use data insights to identify and mitigate risks.
• Shape vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive innovation in HR practices.
• Partner with business leadership on integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
